This self-paced non-credit online course in the Church Administration Course Series offered by the Duke Divinity School is designed to help pastors and lay leaders understand church administration as a theologically grounded practice aimed at faithfulness rather than mere efficiency. Drawing on sound management principles, the course shows how administrative tools and techniques can be used in service of the church’s theological goals, rather than turning the church into a secular enterprise.
This course should take you approximately 15-17 hours to complete; you will have 6 months to complete the course from the course access date. Upon successful completion of the course you will earn a digital badge.
