Taught through a case study, this highly interactive day-long workshop introduces the Balanced Scorecard as a management and governance model to map strategy and establish a high performing nonprofit. There is required reading prior to class. Class is also certified for CAE course credit.

As an educational program related to the CAE examination content outline, this session may be applied for CAE application or renewal credit on a hour-for-hour basis, up to 6 hours per day of participation. (Note: This program is not endorsed or affiliated with the CAE program, and no program is required to meet eligibility requirements. For more information on CAE, visit www.whatiscae.com. The final approval for course acceptance is based on the individual candidate's application.
