This course of study includes Principals and Agents, Sole Proprietorships, General Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, the Rise of the Corporation, Creating a Corporation, the Participants in the Corporation, Financing the Corporation, Corporate Liability, and Terminating Corporate Existence.
This certificate is comprised of 3 required classes and one elective.

Tuition must be paid in full before a student can start the program. Books are purchased separately and range between $45 and $160 per book. When registration is complete, the student will receive an email containing a username and password to the program's website, information on purchasing textbooks, and instructor and support contact information.
1. A degree or certificate in paralegal studies (transcript required) OR
2. A bachelor's or associate's degree in any field AND a minimum of three years work experience as a paralegal under the direct supervision of an attorney (resume required).
