IN PERSON: Steven Spielberg has been a Hollywood giant for half a century. He is considered one of the greatest movie directors in America. This course will take an in-depth look at Steven Spielberg's life and the works that earned him that distinction. We will learn how his fascination with filmmaking started in his early childhood. Following a look at his first movies, we will then explore his iconic films. We will also learn about his legacy as a generous and prolific philanthropist.
