The Courageous Conversations SIG welcomes people who are interested in discussing important issues of racial equity and inclusion in a supportive space. Our weekly Zoom discussions are informed by current events, with regularly scheduled in-depth explorations of the racial aspects of topics ranging from gentrification and gun violence to gerrymandering, health care, and reproductive rights. Our goals include increasing knowledge, fostering personal growth, and providing opportunities for action.
