Welcome to the Mystery Mavens SIG! This lively group of mystery fans warmly welcomes both returning and new members who share a love for a good whodunit. Once a year, we collectively suggest and vote on our reading list, intentionally mixing up sub-genres to include everything from cozy mysteries and police procedurals to locked-room puzzles. Each meeting, a member introduces the author and book, sometimes offering questions to get the conversation rolling. Our discussions are delightfully non-academic—we simply focus on whether the book was an entertaining piece of fiction and a satisfying mystery.
