ONLINE: Have you ever wanted to tell a story without a script? This course introduces the fundamentals of dramatic improvisation in a supportive online environment where participants practice storytelling through collaboration and play. The goal is to help students feel confident creating stories in the moment while working together. Participants will learn how to build engaging scenes, make bold creative choices, and develop compelling characters. The course will also explore how movement and simple objects can enhance character development and storytelling. Classes will be held entirely on Zoom, using breakout rooms to give students time to practice in small groups. The online format encourages creative use of everyday household objects to enrich improvised scenes. By the end of the course, participants will have gained confidence in navigating uncertainty, thinking on their feet, and connecting with others through shared storytelling. | Active Skill Learning.
