IN PERSON: In this course, each participant will explore their family history across three generations by creating a genogram, or family map, to better understand their family's patterns, relationships, and influences over time. Alongside this work, we will engage in guided journaling and dream reflection to deepen our personal insight. The course introduces a Jungian approach to working with dreams, offering tools for interpreting and learning from them. In-class journaling sessions provide space for reflection; sharing is always optional. By combining family systems exploration with inner work, participants may gain a richer understanding of both their personal history and their inner life. Please bring a journal and writing materials to each session. The required books listed here are central to the course content.
