IN PERSON: This intermediate-level course is for students with a foundational understanding of the Enneagram who are ready to move from awareness to intentional growth. Building on core concepts, the course explores how each personality type responds under stress and insecurity, how growth pathways function, and how resilience and integration can be cultivated in daily life. Students will learn how stress patterns appear, how they can limit or support growth, and how to recognize triggers and interrupt reactive cycles. The course emphasizes practical tools for accessing each type’s innate strengths and responding thoughtfully in challenging situations. By the end of the course, students will understand their stress and growth patterns, have identified their personal integration practices, have deepened their self-compassion and empathy for others, and be able to apply Enneagram insights to relationships, work, parenting, and leadership. | Facilitated discussion.
