IN PERSON: Looking for a comfortable, accessible way to stay active? This course is designed for anyone who wants to exercise without the pressure of keeping up in a traditional fitness setting. Using a chair for support, participants will enjoy a safe, adaptable workout that can be done seated or standing. Each session includes light cardio to raise the heart rate, gentle strength training for major muscle groups, and simple exercises to build arm and core strength using light weights (or household items like soup cans). Classes finish with stretching and basic yoga-inspired movements to improve flexibility and balance. Set to music and taught in a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere, this course emphasizes enjoyment as much as movement—because exercise should be fun. Laughter is welcome! | Active Skill Learning.
