IN PERSON: This experiential and discussion-based course explores evidence-based practices that support flourishing in the next stage of life. Drawing from positive psychology, mindfulness, and behavioral change, participants will learn how our well-being is shaped both by our inner mindset and how we engage with the world around us. Prior to the first session, participants will complete a brief well-being questionnaire. Throughout the course, participants will learn practical strategies related to gratitude, kindness, meaning, connection, and resilience. Each week follows a learn, apply, reflect, integrate framework: Participants will learn a new well-being practice, apply it between sessions, reflect on their experiences, and then integrate the key insights they gained into their daily life. By the end of the course, participants will have developed a personalized set of practices to help them cultivate greater well-being, purpose, and fulfillment in their everyday life. | Facilitated discussion, Active Skill Learning.
