Course Description
Logic models are used to describe how programs, group work, team work, community-based collaboratives, and other complex organizational processes work. Logic models display the sequence of actions that describe what the program is and will do and ultimately how investments link to results. In this course you will learn how to develop a logic model and see its uses for multiple purposes including planning, implementation, evaluation, and communication. You will learn the vocabulary of logic models and what counts as outputs, outcomes, and impacts. Most importantly you will leave being able to develop a logic model of your own complex work.
