How to Manage Your Time and Reduce Your Stress This course covers the importance and value of time. We will discuss and work through the barriers to time management, detail the importance and the keys to living a balanced life as well as cover personal organization and planning techniques and tools. This hands-on approach requires participants to take immediate action for quick, stress-reducing results. This course is open to all and is especially valuable for those in leadership, under extreme stress and short on time.
