Motivating employees to perform well can be challenging, because every individual is different. There is no formula that applies in every situation. However, leaders can learn to better manage employees by using a proven, performance management system based on your nonprofit's mission and values. This session provides an experience in the art and science of coaching (reinforcing desirable behavior) and counseling (altering unacceptable behavior without de-motivating the employee).
